When we arrived in Berlin Arthur was kind enough to come to the train station to pick us up. What a lovely start to our exchange! The house is just as shown in the pictures. It is spacious, very clean and comfy The bed was comfy and the large tub allowed one a relaxing soaker. The location worked well for us, especially with use of the car. Arthur drove us around for a day and showed us where to park in different areas. We found Berlin an easy city to drive in. Both Ute & Arthur couldn't do enough for us and were very enthusiastic with the exchange. We kept in contact via email. Coming home we found our house was left spotless. Do not hesitate to experience an exchange with this lovely couple.

We've just returned from our Florida stay in Tampa.
Sharon and Rick are the best sort of exchangers you could wish to meet. They are very friendly, live next to "exchange flat" and we spent much time together..
Their condo in Tampa is comfortable, lovely surroundings, the courtyard and pool are perfect.
In Florida is much to do and see...beautiful sea, nature parks, cities, sports.
We enjoyed our time very much and felt in love with the "Sunshine State" definitely :)

this city is located between Innsbruck and Salzburg, ideal for visiting all the villages in Tirol, and near Munich.
The apartment of Ulf and Irene is very comfortable, well equipped, comfortable bed and very quiet. All shops are within walking distance or bike.
Ulf and Irene have left us a lot of information about the activities in the region and communication with them is very easy.

The house is in the country so a car is required but what better way to get to see Ireland. The kitchen window looks out over the beautiful garden and the green paddocks next door where the contented cows graze.

From this location one can easily drive to Galway, Limerick or just view the delightful villages close by. At Lahinche surfing lessons are available but we didn't do this but did take a look and thought how brave they were surfing in the cool water!
The house is very comfortable and has everything required to make ones holiday very comfortable. Karen and Fran are lovely, friendly people and looked after our home when they stayed in January 2013. We extended our stay an extra night which they didn't mind at all.

Our first Home Exchange was with Renata & Jeferson in Cabo Frio. They were with us at the condo for 5 days. R&J are easy to get along with, warm and friendly people. They have a zest for life, new experiences, learning languages, meeting people and travel. They spent much time showing us around and enjoying lovely dinners together. Their condo is far beyond the description in the Exchange site. We loved every minute & felt very comfortable and at home. They both speak English well. To further our bond, they met us again in Rio to wish us well for the trip home to Canada. We have made life friends & look forward to spending next Christmas with them in Portugal. If you have an opportunity to exchange with them in Cabo Frio Brazil, we would highly recommend doing so.

The location is fantastic-a short walk along the water to Fish Wharf for fresh chucked cherrystones or Chesapeake Bay fish, the Tidal Basin for the cherry blossoms, or straight up 4th street to all the museums (mostly free!)on the Mall. Richard and Michele got us started with lots of maps, brochures, Metro cards, suggestions, and welcome gifts. Our Hawaii house was in perfect order when we got home.
