This house is what i would call a perfect place! A lush garden with a rain shower behind a tree, a rooftop terrace, a huge living room and kitchen, plenty of space and beautiful furniture, perfectly designed. Cat Hippie a very charming housemate! Trancoso is the definition on tranquility, almost no cars, a stunning beach, and some of the most beautiful beaches of Brazil just nearby! I can honestly recommend this place.

This holiday apartment is situated in a very beautiful spot of Brazil! Buzios is perfect to relax, explore new places, a lot of beaches and even nightlife. The house has a stunning view to the sea, just a few minutes walking distance to the sea. It´s situated in a very clean, save and friendly condomino with it´s own pool and bar. Now you only need time to spend on the terrace or on one of the 23 beaches! Renting a car is recommended. Have fun!

We stayed 4 days in Julie & Arthur's apartment in the Marais area of Paris. Everything went very easy and smooth prior to the exchange and Julie wrote many inside information tips about Paris to us. Also we got very fine information about the apartment and the area. Julie was also very helpful with other questions I had about Paris.
The apartment is situated very close to shops, cafes and restaurants in the Marais area and is very quit as it is not facing the street. I quess it is a typical Parisian apartment, cozy and very sunny in the afternoon - nice kitchen. Julie was very friendly and told us to use what we needed in the kitchen.
When we got home we found our apartment exactly as we left it. The small problems there had been Julie had told me before as we were in mobile contact during our stay.
It was a very nice exchange and I can only recommend exchanging with Julie & Arthur.

We have spent a great (short) week in Annecy in Charlotte's and Pierre's home. Although it was quite a last minute exchange, we had very intensive communication both prior and during the exchange, and received a lot of goop tips and suggestions from Charlotte. Annecy has a great, beautiful location, you can do all kinds of activities - our favorite was biking along the lake towards the mountains - , it is very peaceful and relaxing, yet you can also visit nearby cities (Geneva, Lyon) or Chamonix. We have never heard about Annecy before this offer landed in my e-mailbox, and we feel very lucky that we got to know this beautiful place. Thank you again for this wonderful exchange and your kindness!

Our first visit to South Africa made it our favorite on our list. Such a beautiful country and so much to be see so nearby! We had a great exchange with Marianne and Jan and stayed at their lovely apartment in Gordon’s Bay, just a block away from the beach and many restaurants and terraces at walking distance Gordon’s Bay is located ideally to discover the West Cape. We were pleasantly surprised how affordable life in South Africa was for us. We enjoyed it all, especially the fine dining!
End of the South African summer turned-out to be a good timing for us both climate-wise, sunny with temperatures still around 25 degrees, as crowd-wise, quiet because of the start of the low season.
Marianne and Jan couldn't be nicer and more lovely to work with on this swap. We highly recommend them and their apartment for a swap!

The chef’s kitchen is well equipped with the best cookery, and a high quality gas range. The outside living space is where Florida living takes over. The small pool is perfect to cool off in, and the furnished area provides ideal seating for relaxing and enjoying meals outside.
Directly on the LPGA International Golf Course, and just a short drive from shopping, dining, and entertainment options, you could not ask for a better location for a home in the Daytona Beach area.
The VW Beatle convertible was perfect for the two of us, and a highlight was out golf day, with the top down and with two sets of golf clubs standing up in the rear seat. We made use of the practice areas, including the driving range, and enjoyed the 25 meter lap pool. Real golfers will love playing this world class golf course. Their large SUV style automobile was an option for us, but we opted for the fun Beatle. The club restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th hole are great, and the happy hour prices will make your evening incredibly inexpensive, and the food is delicious.
We toured the famous Daytona International Speedway, and actually got to spend time in a VIP viewing box to watch some of a practice race. We visited all that Daytona Beach had to offer, including the outstanding beach on which you can drive for miles. Patti and Joe provide guests with an excellent quality parasol and beach chairs to make days at the beach comfortable. It is easy to select a quiet beach area by simply driving a few miles north to Flagler Beach, or down to enjoy the funky vibe of New Smyrna Beach.
We drove north to visit the historic and beautiful town of St. Augustine, where we explored the shops and restaurants, and also toured the awesome Flagler College complex which was once a deluxe hotel. There is a hop-on hop-off style tour available, including commentary and entrance fees to several attractions. We stopped in at the quaint St. Augustine Yacht Club to see their collection of burgees (Club Flags from around the world), and even were invited back for the Friday social hour followed by an excellent meal. The club is located just beside the St. Augustine Lighthouse, so you can see both in one stop. The view from the top of the lighthouse will be a highlight of your day.
We also visited the interesting Kennedy Space Center, and spend our only rainy day in shopping in Orlando. For exchangers who want to spend a few days enjoying all that Orlando theme parks have to offer, it is an easy one hour drive away. Patti and Joe had lots of suggestions for us, along with maps, coupons, and other helpful tips. We prepared a list of all of the attractions and restaurants, and did our best to work our way through the list, balanced with days relaxing on the beach.
We consider this exchange among the best we have ever done, and Patti and Joe were delightful to plan with. We very much enjoyed meeting them briefly when they arrived at our home, and seeing them again on the day of our arrival in Daytona Beach.
Following their half of the exchange, our home and car were left in perfect condition after their stay. We strongly recommend them as exchange partners, and you will not be disappointed.
Thanks Patti and Joe. You will always be welcome to come back and spend another holiday in Shediac. We hope to see you again soon.

We loved the balcony off the bedroom. It is their holiday home and is set up as such. We arrived to find it spotlessly clean with everything than we needed and more. The house is located about 7 minutes walk (10 minutes to main square) from town and 12 minutes walk to the beach. A car is ideal to get the most from a stay here. We found the area very quiet and tranquil in May. We loved Calasetta, a real gem of a town with a beautiful, natural marina, full of character with a nice laid back, friendly feel to it. There are a good selection of excellent, restaurants and eating out is extremely cheap. An enormous pizza can be 5 euros and cappuccinos around 1.10 euros, The local beaches are superb and unspoilt with white sand. and there are some great clifftop walks. The second town on the peninsular is St Antioco which also is characterful with a beautiful tree lined main street. St. Antioco has a larger range of shops and a Lidl. There is a ferry boat to the island of Carloforte. There are more superbbeaches and beautiful scenery at the south of Sardinia and the city of Cagliari is 90km away. We wished we had booked 2 weeks here as there is so much to see and do. We will definitely return and hopefully do another exchange with Simone and Cinzia as we have another Spanish apartment to offer them.
