We have a wonderful new modern family home. It is a semidetached 2 1/2 storey house with spectacular views of the surrounding hills. We have four double bedrooms one ensuite and a further two separate bathrooms. Two separate lounging areas. One on the lower level ideal for the children with TV, PS3 & Wii games and the other which leads out to a generous patio area with BBQ. We have a new modern open plan kitchen and dining room with dishwasher, microwave and double oven.

We are Karen and Mark, a married couple with three boys, 11, 15 & 18. who are all still at school. We are both management professionals (MD for a manufacturing business and Housekeeping manager for a local school). We enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in the UK.
