We are in the ideal location to tour magical and mystical North Wales and a short journey in any direction takes you to medieval castles, empty beaches, mountains and stunning scenery. Set on the wonderful Conwy Marina we are a two minute walk to the first tee at Conwy Golf Club (voted Welsh Club 2007) www.conwygolfclub.com and sandy beaches. The Marina has an excellent pub - the perfect place to watch the sun go down overlooking the yachts and boats. A 15 minute walk takes you into medieval Conwy (a World Heritage Site) with it's 13th Century castle and pretty harbour. Conwy is the perfect area to discover North Wales as it is the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, home to the highest peak in England and Wales and where Sir Edmund Hillary trained. We are 70 miles from Manchester International Airport (an easy 1 hour car journey) or Liverpool Airport. A trip to Ireland is very quick as the ferry port of Holyhead is only a 40 minute drive from Conwy with the fast ferry to Dublin taking 90 minutes. London can be reached in 3 hours via direct train from Conwy also. The Roman City of Chester is a 30 minute drive as is the Island of Anglesey, designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. Liverpool is a 45 minute drive for fans of The Beatles. There are many highly recommended restaurants nearby, numerous medieval castles and golf courses and a drive in any direction takes you to wonderful scenery, sandy beaches & great hiking and bike trails.

We are Stephen and Anne both hovering around the half century mark with no children and are non smokers. We run our holiday lettings company and health & hygiene business from home in Conwy.
