We have a detached family home in an old character house but with a contemporary, warm interior. Lovely wooden floors throughout. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite & high pressure shower. There is a small bedroom which would suit a small child & the 4th bedroom has beds for 3. There is a large bathroom with bath, bidet, etc. We have most mod cons and a kitchen with all necessary gadgets. There is a piano and plenty of DVDs, videos, books, toys, etc. There is continuous hot water. We have a fantastic garden with a tiny heated pool (1m x 2m). This is perfect for children but also lovely for 2 adults to relax in with a glass of wine. There is a playhouse, bbq, outdoor beanbags & children's bikes. Adult bikes can be hired nearby. We can supply babysitter details for a very reliable woman experienced in childcare and police checked.

Our neighborhood
Aberystwyth is a charming seaside town boasting a host of attractions including 2 glorious beaches with strolling promenade, character architecture, remains of a Welsh castle, golf courses, an ancient railway, beautiful coastal walking and a wide choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. This is all within easy reach of stunning countryside. There is great mountain biking only 15 minutes away. There are also cinemas, good shops, swimming pools, etc close by. We are a 1 minute walk to beaches & a 5 minute walk to town. There is is a field opposite our house where you can play football or other sports. There are also tennis courts in front of our house & a golf course with glorious views just behind us. There is an outdoor pool for children on the promenade. We are a family of 4. Mark is a doctor (General Practitioner) and Lily is a former solicitor in search of a more rewarding career. Mark was born and bred in Wales and Lily (or Elizabeth) is from New Zealand. We have 2 lovely, well behaved children: Wil (nearly 6) and Eva (8). We are tidy and considerate people who would take great care of your home & expect the same in return. We would be happy to look after your pets as long as they did not pose any danger to our children. We are experienced exchangers.
