We would like to offer for exchange our very comfortable, well maintained and well furnished 4 bedroom,country home with beautiful surroundings. Master bedroom with king-size bed & en-suite, second bedroom with a double bed & 1 large single bedroom. The main bathroom has a large bath with separate shower. Downstairs consists of a Family/TV room and a separate formal sitting room, dining room, downstairs WC, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, utility room, conservatory leading out to a patio and large gardens and parking.

Our house is ideally located near to the A55 express-way in North Wales. The local town is Holywell (5 mins drive). Llangollen, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Rhos-on-sea, Betws-y-Coed, Llanrwst and Caernarfon, Bangor and Snowdonian range are only between half an hour to 1 hour drive away. It is also only a one hour drive from the Isle of Anglesey where Prince William and Kate reside. Just across the English border we have Chester, Manchester and Liverpool which are between 25 mins and a 1 hour drive away. Our closest airport is either Manchester or Liverpool (50 mins). Nearest train station is Flint (10 min drive). Holyhead ferry to Dublin, Ireland (90 min crossing) Something about ourselves
