Our second home at the Resort, Snowshoe, in the mountains of West Virginia is always clean and comfortable. A condominium, it is spacious but warm and cozy in winter with electric heat and a wood burning fireplace (fire wood furnished,)3 bedrooms containing 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. The living room sofa makes a full double bed also. We have a fully furnished gourmet kitchen, dining room,breakfast bar,2 full baths,master bath w/Finnish Sauna, washer & dryer, and a deck with the most beautiful view of the Eastern Continental Divide.

Situated in the mountains of West Virginia (Little Switzerland,)at the Snowshoe Resort where yearly snowfall averages 200" and temperatures that fall to 40 below. Downhill and cross country Skiing,(beginners to double black diamonds) snowboarding, sleigh rides, and snow mobiling from mid-November through April when Spring comes to the mountain. We are Huck and Carolyn with four grown children spread across the U.S. and the world. We love to ski, snowboard, golf and fish when they can get back to West Virginia. We travel and have seen much of the USA including Hawaii. A few years ago we discovered the vineyards in the Carmel Valley of CA, we return year after year to crush the grapes, but hey! we have a good time wherever we go and have enjoyed a few home exchanges. We usually prefer to travel in the autumn of the year but can make our condo available summer, fall,or spring as exchanges do not have to be simultaneous. "Wild and Wonderful," West Virginia is beautiful in every season.
