Our home is a rambler with a bonus room above the three car garage on an acre lot with a huge backyard and lots of landscaping. We have a chef's kitchen that is open to the large family room, a formal dining room, large master suite plus two additional bedrooms with a jack and jill bath. There is a hot tub on the entertainment size patio area as well as a fire pit for relaxing at the end of a summer's day. If you enjoy gardening, we have two garden areas. We love being able to walk into the back yard and pick raspberries, blueberries and occasionally apples and cherries from our fruit trees.

We are ideally located between the city and the mountains. It is about 45 minutes to downtown Seattle where there is a wealth of activities. Or you can go the other direction towards Stevens Pass for hiking, fishing, rock climbing and other outdoor pursuits or stay close and visit one of the many lakes in the area. We are about six miles outside of Monroe and nine miles outside of Snohomish which both offer ample shopping opportunities. In fact, Snohomish claims to the be "Antique Capital of the Northwest" with over 175 antique dealers. Something about ourselves

We are a professional couple with two children ages 7 and 5. We are quite busy throughout the year but try to keep August open for a major vacation in order to share new experiences with our children.
