We live in a westside neighborhood of historical homes three blocks above Budd Inlet near downtown Olympia. There is a city bus line at the end of the street, and it is easy walking distance to the downtown waterfront and shopping, Capital Campus, and numerous parks. Olympia offers opportunities for biking, hiking, fishing, and kayaking, as well as interesting shops, galleries, and restaurants, community theater, festivals and music. Olympia is ideally located between Seattle (60 mi) and Portland (120 mi), both accessible by car, train or bus, the Pacific Ocean (80 mi), Olympic Mountains, the Cascades and Mt. Rainier (100 mi). ![]() Something about ourselves

We had a wonderful experience with our first home exchange and are looking forward to our next. We are retired professionals most interested in swapping from June through September, but open to other times. We love the outdoors and all the Northwest has to offer and are eager to share it with others. We are pretty laid back, especially now that we are retired. ![]()
