New, large home in beautiful southern Utah. Hot tub and putting green with views of Zions National Park (is 25 miles away). Las Vegas is 2 hours away. Everything is on one floor, there are no stairs to climb. From the back porch Beautiful views of Zions, golf course and sunrise. This home has wonderful mattresses, big screen plasma w/cable, internet, with fax/printer. Beautiful kitchen with all appliances and amenities. Washer and dryer room. Huge master beautiful. Flex room with big screen TV. Patio with BBQ grill, table chairs and putting green. Court yard has a fire pit with chairs and beautiful open sky for star gazing. We are also very close to the Grand Canyon National Park and Monument and Glen Canyon National Park, which includes the famous Lake Powell, the biggest and most gorgeous Lake in the World. Bryce Canyon Park is also close, as well as Arizona and Nevada being just across the the boarder to the South and West of us.

This home is located in Coral Canyon, a suburb of St. George. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Family oriented and safe. Bike trails and walking paths. Many open spaces and biking trails, both mountain and road biking. The famous "Iron Man" (triathlon) "St. George" event is held here. Nearby is Sand Hollow reservoir, with beautiful clean swimming and water skiing. Comfortable weather February to June and September to November. Above 100 in Summer, but very dry heat. Great restaurants and shopping. Wonderful, inexpensive golf courses. Lakes, mountains, fishing, mountain biking (world famous Gooseberry trail nearby), snow skiing, horse back riding, sand dunes (motor cycle and buggy rentals), water skiing, road biking, hiking. Club house with pool, fitness equipment, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Tuachan outdoor amphitheater is nearby with Broadway plays and other entertainment. Our name is Jay and Anita Rice, with five children, all married with six grand children. We love our home in Coral Canyon, St. George/Washington, Utah to come down from Salt Lake City to spend our winters/Springs/Falls & holidays. It's beautiful almost year round. We boat, golf, bike, swim, play tennis, jog through the desert, hike through Zions, eat at our favorite restaurants, go to the plays at Tuachan theater, go to the movie theater and many other wonder things. I am a real estate developer and private equity investor. This is our favorite place to go and get away and it's only 3 1/2 hours from Salt Lake City, home of the 2002 Winter Olympics. It's also near to several world renowned national parks, such as Zions, The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon, Bryce Canyon, to name a few.
