Our home is a large, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated home just 20 minutes from the 2002 Olympic City of Salt Lake City. We have views of the great Salt Lake and the Rocky Mountains from every window in the house and both patios. There are four bedrooms that are nicely decorated without any clutter and plenty of closet space for your convenience. There are two family rooms with TVs and a media room with a 52 inch flat screen TV. We have WiFi available and there are two bikes.
There are two movie theaters, a mall and many other shopping within a 5 minute drive. It's just 15 minutes from an Olympic ski resort and within 1 hour of 10 more. We are just 6-7 hours travel from Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, and Las Vegas and just 4 hours from Jackson Hole, Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons National Park. There are more than 30 fine restaurants and 2 movie theaters within 10 minutes and the shopping is unmatched anywhere. It's only 15 minutes to Antelope Island where you can see buffalo and antelope grazing in their natural habitat. It would take months to see it all. Ideally located as a touring base, our town offers easy access to the nearby cities of Salt Lake, Ogden, Park City and the tourist attraction of Temple square, which is home to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and headquarters to the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and their beautiful grounds and temple. Train Museum in Ogden is a must see for train buffs. Utah also has a great Light rail transportation system if you prefer not to drive.
Visit Antelope Island State Park in the Great Salt Lake just a 15 minute drive. See herds of Buffalo, Antelope and other wild life. See the Historical Farm Site, or do some hiking or bike riding or take a float in the Great Salt Lake. Fish in one of the many creeks or hike/rock climb in the many mountains surrounding the area.
For teens and adults alike, visit Solomon Center in the City of Ogden and try the iFly wind tunnel which provides a simulated sky-diving experience indoors. Water is more your thing? Try the FlowRider which is an indoor artificial sheet wave surfing environment for boogie boarders and surfers alike. Mountain climbing too scary for you? The Salomon Center also houses a 17-person climbing wall, a fitness center, a bowling alley and arcade, mini golf, billiards, three restaurants and a sports bar all just 15 minutes away.

My husband and I are both professionals who are near retirement and are looking forward to doing some traveling. We have have had three wonderful home exchanges and look forward to seeing and experiencing different area of the county and also abroad. We have 3 grow children living in the South Eastern States and would be very interested in exchanging homes with Locations in SC, NC or FL but are open to anywhere.
