Our home is in a nice area of St. George, Utah. Its clean, comfortable, and spacious with 3900 square feet. We have 4 bedrooms, one office and a very large bonus room that is being used as a sewing room. The master bedroom has a large 37 inch LCD TV,so you can lay in the king size bed and enjoy television. In the familyroom is a 60" flat screen t.v. and a fireplace. There is also a fireplace in the livingroom. The kitchen has a nook area and there is also a diningroom. The house has three full baths. This is a 3 story house with the master bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms down stairs with a king and queen bed. Upstairs is a bonus room and an office. Off the livingroom and master bedroom is a large deck. From the deck you can see all the way to Zion. Deck also has a large barbacue.

We are located about 40 minutes from Zion National Park. Bryce Canyon National Park is about 2 hours away. Brain Head Ski Resort is less than 1 1/2 hours. The grand canyon,north rim is about 2 hour. If you like to gamble Las Vegas is less than two hours and there is 4 casinos in Mesquite just 40 miles away. Los Angeles is a 5 hour drive. Death Valley is maybe 3-4 hours. There are also many golf courses in the area. Our neighborhood is clean and friendly. We are next to Green Springs golf course which is public. Its very safe to go on walks day or nights. There is shopping within 2-3 miles. Something about ourselves

My name is Jim and my wife is Barbara. We are both 64 years old and been married for 44 years. I retired from a manufacturing business that I had owned and my wife has been retired for about ten years. We have two grown children. We have done a house exchange to England & Washington DC. I enjoy almost any place that I haven't been to. I like all the tourist attractions and just checking out the area. At night we enjoy going out to dinner, a movie or whatever. We do love St. Maarten in the Caribbean and we go at least once a year.I am pretty much open to any exchange to any place. Just ask.
