Located just 5 minutes from the base of Deer Valley Slopes and the Snow Park Lodge, this beautiful custom home in the Hidden Oaks community offers amazing views. Skiing is just 1.5 miles from Deer Valley Lodge and just 2 miles from Old Town Park City where you can enjoy great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable and well-appointed, with over 5,000 square feet of spacious living areas and stunning views of the Deer Valley and Park City mountains. In-floor radiant heat keeps the whole house warm during the winter months. The stone patio features a private 6 person hot tub and a gourmet gas grill. There are 3 master suites, each with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and private deck. The two suites upstairs have their own fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and walk in closet. The fourth bedroom has a twin and a double bed as well as its own sunlit bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a kid's dream, with 4 bunk beds and ensuite bath. Bicycles are available upon request. The gourmet kitchen is well-appointed and comes with everything a chef could desire, including high end cookware, state-of-the-art gas cook top, two convection ovens, microwave and Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. We even have a reverse osmosis filter to provide unlimited pure drinking water and ice.

The house sits up on a high lot in an exclusive neighborhood in lower Deer Valley and is sited to take advantage of the beautiful mountain views and the Park City valley. Great restaurants, wonderful shops and many outdoor activities are just munutes away. A sport/health club is near by and the Salt Lake City International airport is just 45 minutes away. Cindy and I have 3 boys (18, 16 and 14). We are both professionals (Insurance executive and physician) who love to travel with our children when their school schedule permits. We live near Washington, DC where we have a lovely 5-bedroom home and we also have a 5-bedroom vacation home in Park City, UT. We are non-smokers. We have not done a home exchange before but are willing to try it and are open to a simultaneous exchange for our home in DC or a casual exchange for our home in Utah.
