Our home in Park City is warm and inviting with beautiful mountain and meadow views throughout the house. My wife is an interior designer which has resulted in a very nice interior. Main level has a living room with stone fireplace, a formal dining room, a family room with second fireplace, cable TV and stereo system, the kitchen, a quest bath and a laundry room. Upstairs; the queen master bedroom has cable HDTV and master bath w/ jacuzzi and shower, a second queen bedroom w/cable TV and adjacent guest bath and an office high- speed internet access. Lower level; newly remodeled with second family room with comfortable double hide-a-bed sofa, a gas fireplace, queen bedroom, bath. Our home sleeps 7-8 very comfortably. The family room looks out onto a nice-size deck and large fenced yard with flowers (in the summer) and trees.

Ideally located for both winter and summer activities, Park City is spectacular in all seasons. We are 1-3 miles from three world class ski resorts and six others are within an hours drive. At the end of our block is access to extensive X-country ski trails. Park City's historic Main Street is minutes away and offers excellent shopping and fine restaurants. Summer activities include, rafting, mountain and road biking, golfing, fly fishing, and wonderful hiking trails. We are just two blocks from an excellent public golf course. With our clear sky at 7,000 ft altitude we also have exceptional star gazing. There are summer concerts, farmer's markets, art fairs and theater. Our home is just one block from the free shuttle bus service that covers most of Park City and yet we are in a quiet pastoral setting. Park City is just 25 miles from Salt Lake City and its excellent international airport and Utah's five national parks are within an easy days drive. Something about ourselves

My wife and I are recently retired and have owned a home in Park City for the past five years. We are new to house swapping but have a great spirit of adventure. Recognizing the amazing area we now live in, we would like to share our beautiful part of the world while exploring others. With our love of travel, we are interested in seeing new and familiar parts of the world. We will make every effort of make your stay here as comfortable as possible with very nice accommodations and many guides describing all the points of local interest.
