Description of our house
We have a lovely 4 bedroom home (1 used as an office with cable high speed internet available as well as wireless). We have a very large master math connected to the master bedroom; the two other bedrooms have a bath with tub and two sinks. We have a living room and family room with a 56" television set situated over the fireplace. The Master Bedroom also has a 56" television set. Both sets have access to cable television. We also have two eating area: one off the open style kitchen and the other a formal dining room. We have weekly maintenance for the yard and pool and our housekeeper comes in once a month (all included with the exchange). We would also be willing to have you use our car (if we could possibly do the same with whomever we exchage).

Our neighborhoodOur area is a short distance from the main road (Highway 6) where all the shops in the world are located. Our home is situated in a cul de sac in a lovely man made lake neighborhood. Missouri City adjuts Sugar Land and this year was names one of the best small cities to live in by CNN. Money Magazine. We are 20 minutes from downtown Houston where you will find theatres, museums, restaurants galore (as well as here in our area). The world renowned Medical Center is just 15 minutes from our home and Houston Intercontinental airport is a 45 minute drive - and flights are available throughout the U.S.A. as well and the world. San Antonio and Austin are but a 3 hour drive. Our weather is temperate and golfing is a year round sport.ted.

Something about ourselvesWe are Stewart and Aurise Bain and are senior citizens ready to travel anywhere, preferably for long term (one month or more). Aurise is a retired business owner and Stewart was Managing Director of a British firm and lived in the Middle East most of his life until he settled in the U.S. (He is a Scot by birth - but now an American).
