My condo is very comfortable, it is light (southern exposure), with a large balcony, which is an extension of the livingroom. The livingroom has a special dining area and direct access to the kitchen. Parket floors with dhurry rugs. It is on the 6th floor of a modern high rise(31 floors) condominium building with 24/7 security. Laundry facilities are in the building's basement. Neighbors are friendly professionals. Four elevators, plus a freight elevator. Trash room on each floor.

My condo is located in Society Hill at Washington Square, one of the most desirable locations in the Historic District of Philadelphia. No need for a car, except for out of town trips,and for those bus station and train station are close by. Everything is in easy walking distance. Public transportation nearby (bus, subway, train). Many stores,super markets, artgalleries, clothing stores.Many cosy restaurants nearby.This is the center of everything Philadelphia is known for: Historic buildings, Independence Hall, major Universities and colleges, the Philadelphia Orchestra, Art Musea, Art galleries. It is generally quiet at our square. We are 1.5 hours from the New Jersey beaches, 1,5 hrs from the heart of New York City, and 2.5 hrs from the heart of Washington D.C. Something about ourselves

I am a retired professional, divorced, who has traveled all over the world. I am a senior citizen, born in the Netherlands, where I still have relatives. That is why I would like to spend some time in Amsterdam, as they are getting older and more fragile.But I would also like to spend time in other parts of Europe.Because I no longer have a paid job, I can travel anytime of the year and any length of time.
