Our home is cozy and clean. It includes a fully equipped office, laundry facilities, 2 car garage, outdoor activities galore right at your footsteps. The home offers an open floor plan and is casual,clean and comfortable. The entertainment system consists of satellite TV surround sound, DVD and CD player, with IPOD option. Front and backyard with sitting decks are professionally maintained. Our home is just minutes to Drake Park, downtown, shopping, dining, golfing and trails. Central Oregon is excellent for hiking, biking, swimming, rafting, kayaking, golfing, fishing, both water skiing and snow skiing, not to mention snowshoeing in the winter. All these activities are accessible and take place within close proximity to my home. Smith Rock, Sun River Resort, High Desert Museum are all less than 25 minutes away. This Central Oregon area is truly an outdoor paradise and boasts a charming community. During the summer there are many community festivals, offering local music, food and entertainment. Drake Park is host to the weekly farmers market during the summer. Bend is about a 3 hour drive from Portland,OR with the main airport being PDX. We also offer a local airport with direct daily flights in and out of San Francisco, Los Angeles,Seattle and Portland.

Situated in a newer upscale neighborhood in Bend. Walking distance to parks, golfing hiking, biking, downtown etc. Five minute drive to downtown activities, parks restaurants, shopping etc. Bend is centrally located on the Deschutes River, near Sun River Resort, High Desert Museum, Crater Lake and a beautiful three hour drive to the Willamette Valley /Portland area. I am a 49 year old single mother of one responsible,15 year old girl. We love to travel. I telecommute from my home office providing site acquisition services for the wireless industry. We are transplants from the San Francisco Bay Area and hope to spend time down there this summer revisiting some of our favorite places and friends.
