Sip a glass of wine up stairs on the terrace, looking at the mountains of Ashland, after a busy day enjoying the culture, recreation or beauty, that Ashland offers. Uniquely painted, tastefully decorated. Two bedrooms, library, 2 1/2 baths. This is our primary residence, only four years old and we love it. We do not smoke, nor do we have any pets.(So, we do not allow pets, nor smoking) We would prefer to exchange with a couple without very young children, as our home is not setup for them. We are open to all offers. We would also do a winter exchange...for a warm beach. We have skiing at Mt. Ashland....only 15 minute drive.

Ideally located. Peaceful neighborhood. Bike downtown on path, walk to market, mountain views. Shakespeare Festival, Britt Festival, short drive to Crater Lake National Park, Oregon Caves, Oregon Coast, Rogue River, Jet Boat Trips, Mountain Biking, River Rafting,we also have lots of winery's if you like wine tasting, and so much more. Gym within walking distance...has salt water pool. Tennis courts also within walking distance. If you like outside dining, art, day spas and fun...this is the town for you. Something about ourselves

We are Wayne and Jackie. We are in our late 50's. We have been married 11 years. We have 4 children between us. We have 6 grandchildren. My husband is a electrical supervisor and I retired early last year as a child advocate and just started a Home Staging business. We love to travel. We are open to new experiences and would love to see as much as possible. We are open to any exchange in the US also. We love our home and will treat yours as we do ours. We have a book of brochures of all the fun and interesting things to do in our area. We offer great bed (european) and bath linens and wonderful local handmade soaps. We will also leave you a bottle of our favorite wine to enjoy on the upper terrace. Let us know if you like red or white. We have done a 4 1/2 week European exchange. The exchange loved Ashland so much she would like to move here. Wayne and I did a wonderful 2 week exchange in Puerto Rico. We just returned from our 3rd successful Home Exchange for two wonderful weeks in Sayulita Mexico.
