A Charming, Large, Sunny Alcove Studio Apartment (600 square feet) at Riverside Drive & W.73rd St with windows overlooking Riverside Park & the Hudson River (partial view). Luxury Doorman Building, Concierge, Elevator operators, children's playroom + Great Location!
It is furnished very nicely in antique pine wood furniture, queen size bed and a couch that sleeps two more people (never slept on) plus a brand new flat screen TV and a new Mac desktop computer. It has a separate windowed kitchen and dressing area. I have a car I might consider including in the exchange.

Our neighborhoodThe apartment is in one of the best areas of Manhattan...on the Upper West Side in a beautiful, quiet, residential area near everything that NYC has to offer:
Theater/Fairway/Zabars/Movies/LincolnCenter/Museums/Shopping/
Subway/Bus. The building is surrounded by landscaped gardens, parks and Riverside Promenade for jogging, biking, rollerblading or walking.
I would be happy to give you many wonderful restaurant and sightseeing ideas.

Something about ourselvesI am a semi-retired professional (film business) woman in my 50's-- very responsible, respectful and caring. I have lived and traveled all over the world. I have had FIVE very successful home exchanges - it is a wonderful way to experience new places.
My son lives in Los Angeles-I'm always interested in an exchange to be near him.
