There are direct views of the Hudson River. The private park is attended to by a staff of gardeners and fellow tenants maintain an herb garden. A private gym is available. Three elevators. Roof deck with commanding views from one tip of Manhattan to the other. Wonderful doormen and attentive staff. Roving security 24 hours. Entire apartment renovated. Marble bath with two showerheads, granite kitchen. Microwave/convection oven, gas oven and stove, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher. Laundry in basement. Walk in cedar lined closets. Google 'Hudson Heights' ( I was the founder of the Hudson Heights Owners Coalition, a neighborhood beautification organization). It is a quiet Manhattan neighborhood between the Cloisters and the George Washington Bridge. Walk to the Cloisters and Fort Tryon Park. One and a half blocks to the A train subway and M98 and M4 NYC Transit buses. Convenient to the George Washington Bridge and all airports. Fine dining and grocery shopping in varied shoppes. Extremely quiet compared to mid-town, you can sleep with the windows open and wake up to birds chirping instead of garbage trucks. Something about ourselves

Presently looking for a long term swap or rental as I have just launched a new business in Paris. Therefore I need to start with Paris. Will consider a reasonably priced rental.
