Our place is a recently renovated loft with 3 bedrooms (master bedroom, our eight-year old son's room and our five-year old daughter's room), an office with a sleeper-sofa, two full baths, fourteen tall windows, plenty of light and views of Greenwich Village. It features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, large open plan living-and-dining room area, washer-dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Our loft is on the 7th floor of an elevator building. We have air conditioning, two flat screen TVs with premium cable access, Playstation 3, DVD player, Bose Wave CD player, and lots of toys for boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 10.

Our loft is in the heart of Greenwich Village, between Union Square to the north and Washington Square Park to the South. Several gourmet grocery stores, including Citarella and Whole Foods are within five minutes walking distance. Within ten minutes walking distance are over one hundred restaurants, ranging from high-end to budget, across a wide culinary spectrum. Nik and Janice are a married couple with an eight-year old boy and a five-year old daughter. Nik is a business executive and management consultant while Janice is a three-times published novelist and a filmmaker. Our son goes to a gifted-and-talented school and our daughter goes to a private all-girls school. We enjoy all that NYC has to offer and love to travel as well. So far, our family travels have taken us to Paris, Provence, Western India, Bermuda, California and northeastern USA.
