We offer a large and beautiful apartment in one of the best parts in Manhattan, New York City. We have two bedrooms (the third we use as an office), one with a king bed and another with two twin beds, accommodating four persons in total. There is in addition one large living room, and an open spacious kitchen. It is a very big and typical Manhattan apartment, well-decorated, and with wood floor in every room. Lots to read, and high-speed internet in all rooms, including living room. Full-time concierge.

Ideally located next to Central Park (3-4 minutes walk), and facing Morningside Park (just accross the street). It is two blocks from beautiful Broadway; four blocks from the Hudson River; two blocks from the amazing Church of St. John the Divine; two blocks from the beautiful main campus of Columbia University; and 5-7 minutes by taxi (20 minutes by subway) to the major museums (Guggenheim and Metropolitan). My wife and I are professors at Columbia University, and love to travel. We are looking forward to home exchange with a couple/family (chilren above age 16) that will respect our home as we will respect theirs. My wife is in her late thirties and I in my early fifties, mature and highly responsible. There is a slim possibility of having our two daughters (19 and 21) join us.
