The apartment is in a perfect place to explore New York. A short bus ride to Museum Mile on Fifth Avenue and Central Park. Carl Schulz Park on the edge of the East River is a 2 minute walk. Near to high end shops (Madison Ave.)and restaurants of every culture. The 86th Subway station is a 10 minute walk but a shuttle bus and MTA bus is accessible in front of the apartment building. This station has trains that take you to Grand Central, Midtown and Downtown Manhattan, Times Square and has transfers to the other boroughs. Something about ourselves

We are 2 professionals,Frank and Colleen, who enjoy living in New York. We have lived here for 3 years. We enjoy travel but prefer staying in accomodation more like a home than hotels. I am Australian and my husband was born in the USA. We have 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren who live in Australia. We also have a home there and would be happy to consider that as an exchange venue if preferred. It is in Northeast Victoria, a region famous for its wine, alpine views, rural lifestyle and gourmet food. Our home is on an acre and sits at the base of the Warby Ranges which is a state park with hiking trails through unique bushland. In our teaching lives, we have also been involved in two exchanges which have each been a year long-one in Phoenix, Az and one in Colorado Springs, Co. We enjoy sharing what we have with others and discovering new places. ![]()
