We are only interested in a non-simultaneous exchange with a couple looking for same (We will be home when you come here and vice versa). For this purpose we have a separate studio guest apartment in our home. We could also include one of our cars and a 28 foot Travel trailer with a GMC Sierra 3500 pick up truck. We have a paddle boat and canoe to enjoy the pond in our backyard. After the first non-simultaneous exchange we will consider a second simultaneous exchange. We are open to all offers, however our favorite destinations in order of priority are: Paris or sorroundings, Hawai, Peru, Italy, Mexico, Dominican Republic, chile, Colombia, Egypt, Israel, Central America, etc

Our neighborhood
Riverhead has a population of approx. 30,000 people, and within a 15 minute ride we have the following amenities: the largest outlet mall and one of the 10 best water parks in the country, several beaches (By the ocean, the Peconic bay, and the LI sound). Roller skating rink, several wineyards, horse riding stables, fishing party boats, an aquarium where you can swim with the sharks, regularly scheduled luxury buses to Manhattan, homes of the rich and famous in the hamptons etc. One day you could be sightseeing in Manhattan, and the next you could be fishing, swimming and sleeping next to a pond in our home or next to the ocean in our travel trailer. I, Gus, am a 66 year old retired electrical contractor and with my wife Janet manage our rental homes. Before we married Janet was a spanish teacher and a systems analyst working next to the world trade center but had to relocate after 9/11.  = marks the location of this home
