We have a 3 bedroom two bath apartment, recently renovated, in Morningside Gardens. All windows look out either over the courtyard or directly onto a 3 acre garden creating an unusual quiet for a Manhattan residence. It comfortably sleeps 7 or 8. We have ample toys for boys under 10. There is a piano and pull out sofa in the third bedroom which makes practicing yoga or an instrument possible. What makes this trade special is our parking spot which is safe and on the premises. All you have to do is drive to Manhattan, park the car and not worry about it.

We are just down the block from Columbia University, Barnard, Manhattan School of Music, Jewish and Union Theological Seminary, a 10 minute walk to shops on Broadway and right around the corner from cafes and some of the best restaurants in the city. We are a five minute walk from all major subway stations so you can be anywhere in Manhattan in less than half an hour. Busses are available right outside the door. We are next to Morningside park and a 10 minute walk to Riverside Park with tennis courts, playgrounds and a bike trail that spans most the length of Manhattan provides great active outdoor and sight seeing fun. We are Hilary and Alex, domestic partners with two children. We are both professionals (a college professor and french horn player with a Broadway show.) We are looking to explore new and old places with our children. For the Broadway fanatic, Alex can help with house seats to most shows. They are not cheap but they are the best in the house.
