The house is situated on a quiet block in Albany's historic Center Square neighborhood, and dates from 1857. The tree-lined street is home to a delightful mix of people: students, seniors, working folk. Lark Street is Albany's bohemian center with great restaurants, stores, coffeeshops and more. Washington Park, designed by New York City Central Park designer Frederick Law Olmstead is a beautiful place in any season. Blocks from the State Capitol building and the Empire State Plaza built by Governor Nelson Rockefeller, it houses one of the world's premier modern art collections, the Observation Deck at the Corning Tower as well as the New York State Musuem which has a wealth of exhibits, art, geological, social and historical information about the state. ![]() Something about ourselves

We are a couple with a small dog who would like to travel, to Paris, to look for a place there and to other places in Europe. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker who works hard and volunteers a lot in my community. My partner is a smoker, non-drinker who is a nationally known make-up artist and creative designer. ![]()
