We offer a very large 3 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment. Newly renovated, with a brand new kitchen. It is on the 11th floor, with plenty of light. Hudson River and George Washington Bridge views, gorgeous!! The building has 24 hour doorman and security service on the street, it is very safe and located in the Columbia University campus area. The building includes a garage with guest parking for $15/day, as well as a playground and a small outdoor pool for kids, plus garden space with benches to sit outside and the possibility to do barbecue.

Situated in a comfortable NYC area, it's a quiet and safe neighborhood with all shopping needs. In the neighborhood you can find parks, tennis courts, pools, bike paths, sport clubs, movie theaters and jazz clubs. There are also nice restaurants, all cuisines, cafes and bars with music and entertainment in the evening. The building is located only one block from public transportation, subway and buses, that can take you to downtown Manhattan for extra shopping, theaters, art galleries, movies, etc. Something about ourselves

I am a physician and a researcher, with a position as Assistant Professor at Columbia University in New York, but I grew up in Tuscany, Italy. I enjoy traveling when I'm able to get away. I have two daughters who are 14 and 19 years old. I might be traveling with or without them, or with my partner. I've done eight home exchanges in the past and I had great experiences! I think you will greatly enjoy my apartment in New York City as well as my second home at the beach in Tuscany!
