This comfortable, clean one story 1400sf home is nestled in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains of Albuquerque. The spacious patio area in the back yard has a very nice modern 4 person hot tub. A second story upper deck provides 100 mile views of the city lights, sunsets, and nearby foothills. From the back yard you have access to the open space for hiking and biking which reaches all the way to the national forest! The large master suite contains a queen size bed sofa and satelite tv. The guest room sleeps two and the office has a tv and internet access. All the tv's are on satelite with over 30 movie channels in hd. The living room has a fireplace and a bar for entertainment.

Because of the home's location, the east mountain area is only 10 minutes away with higher elevation, lots of trees and cool breezes. This area is a paradise for hiking and biking! There are two movie theaters within a few miles and lots of great restuarants and shopping. New Mexico is an amazing place filled with hispanic and native american culture, beautiful mountain and high desert landscapes with 300 plus days of sunshine. Santa Fe is just an hours drive away with great art galaries, food and lots of history. The Railrunner train can take you to Santa Fe for a fun day. Albuquerque has a great zoo, Botonacial Gardens and wonderful museums. Also there are lots of golf courses, Casinos and scenic Tram to the top of the Sandia mountains. Something about ourselves

Sue is 61 and has recently retired from the insurance business after 35 years. We love to travel and enjoy visiting new places. We are non smokers and are very respectful of other peoples property. Our hobbies include hiking, scuba, skiing, golfing, eating, drinking and enjoying life!
