Mature landscaping; feels like tree house living from several locations. Very quiet and private.

Considered to be one of the most desireable areas in Santa fe. Ours is an old neighborhood with lots of charm. The property is in walking distance to the galleries/restaurants of Canyon Road, walking distance to the central Plaza, walking distance to nice park on the Santa Fe river, and hiking trails. Short drive to the beautiful Santa Fe Ski area where there are many, many exceptional hiking trails. Santa Fe is in the high desert of Northern New Mexico, with superbly beautiful weather - blue skies and outrageous sunsets. I am a single mom, who designs homes professionally. Both my son(18) and I love to travel and are anxious to experience other lifestyles/cultures. We did a three week exchange in Paris last Summer, which was totally successful all around; and two weeks in Barcelona Sept., 2012. In some instances it would be my son and me traveling, possibly with another adult friend joining us from time to time. Other exchanges, for shorter periods, would be an adult friend/friends and me. We will need to accommodate 2 to 4 adults simultaneously. Our home is very special to us, and we would take care of yours as if it were ours.
