We have a sunny and spacious single level adobe ranch house with a few steps down to kitchen and living room. There are 2 master suites and 2 smaller bedrooms sharing a bath. The gourmet kitchen includes a fireplace. There is a formal living room with gas fireplace plus a family/game room with 42' LCD TV and stereo system. The private patio is surrounded by large pinon pines looks out to the mountains. We also have a 900 sq ft guest house which could serve for non-simultaneous exchanges

We are on an unpaved road in the foot hills only 2 miles from the historic plaza at the end of the Santa Fe Trail. One acre wooded lot with fabulous mountain views to the East. We are 5 minutes from Canyon Road art district, the new Railyard park, downtown museums, shopping, and many fabulous restaurants. 30 minutes to the ski basin and Ten Thousand Waves spa, and 20 minutes to the municipal golf course. Patrick is a physician and Stacy is a lawyer turned community volunteer and we love to travel with our high school children Danny and Brigid. We have lived in Dublin and Zimbabwe in the distant past, but we are new to home exchange.
