Description of our house

Two story, modern home with three bedrooms, TV room, living room, dining room, one car garage, however it presently holds a car and would be unavailable, swimming pool with diving board, block fenced backyard. Beautifully furnished with antiques and oriental rugs. No young children because of the pool and insurance. This house is not child proof. Please note that this is a house with two floors. One bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom is available if necessary but we would prefer visitors to use the two guest bedrooms, each with private bath.

Quite upscale neighbourhood within 2 miles of the "Strip", easy travel to shopping (need a car). Public transportation available within a two block walk. Wonderful neighbors. Something about ourselves

I am a retired biochemist having spent 23 years in industry and 10 years working for the US Government. I am educated and have interests in books and art. I am not particularly interested in hunting, fishing, hiking, but do go to a health club regularly. I am 75 years old and my female partner is of the same age. She is retired from the Las Vegas School District.
