Description of our house

Lovely townhouse in small lakeside community adjacent to Whitefish Lake. The home faces the swimming pool and has a glimpse of the lake where there is swimming and boating. Deer, squirrels, birds, (and infrequently, bears) wander through the development. Inside there is a master bedroom on the ground floor with adjacent bath and a larger bedroom upstairs with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and appliances. Washer and dryer are inside the unit also. A gas fireplace furnace give a cosy atmosphere. Separate single garage is available also. We have networked highspeed cable/internet. Fall is beautiful. During the winter, free bus shuttle service is available to the ski resort. The outdoor jacuzzi is available for after ski sore muscles. This is our second home; we live a mile away so can coordinate visits very easily.

We are two miles from the village of Whitefish, five miles from Whitefish Ski Resort (hiking, biking, skiing), and one hour from Glacier Park. The village of Whitefish has several fine restaurants, some within easy walking distance or easily reached by bikepath. Many excellent, reasonable golf courses are in the area also. In addition, we have a first-class music facility, an excellent former Broadway theatre group, boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking, tennis, golf, ice skating, antique and art galleries, not to mention the "Crown of the Continent" virtually next door. We are a retired couple in our sixties. I am a retired English teacher and Ray is a former electrical engineer and real estate owner. We both enjoy hiking, skiing, the arts, tennis, and sightseeing. We live part of the year in Tucson, Arizona where Ray has a home. We would love to have you visit Whitefish! Non-simultaneous exchange is possible!
