Our 3 bedroom apartment is in a quiet & safe neighbourhood of Boston (Brighton), about 300 meters from the banks of the Charles river. It is superbly located, approx. 5.5 kilometers from Boston Common, and 3 kilometers to Harvard square, within easy reach of everything the beautiful City of Boston has to offer.
Universities such as Harvard (3km), Boston University (2.5km) and Boston College (1.5 km) are very close by,as are many other colleges and institutions.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, which contain 1 King sized bed, 1 double bed, and a fold out sofa-bed (double), and can accommodate 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a modern gas stove & oven, smaller electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and everything you will need to prepare meals at home. The living room has a gas fireplace and full entertainment center, and the apartment has high speed broadband internet service, as well as central heating. There is a small patio and garden in the back, which has a barbeque grill, and is surrounded by a wooden fence to ensure privacy.
2 Cars, 1 manual and 1 automatic can be made available as part of the swap.

Boston Common, the Rose garden and the Freedom trail are within easy distance(6km), and will enable you to start to explore the history of the birth of the United States. The world-renowned Boston Pops are at home in Symphony Hall (5.5km), beside the reflective pools of the Christian Science Center.
For those interested in sports, The Boston Celtics (basketball) and Boston Bruins (ice hockey) play their matches in the Boston Garden (7.5km), while the Boston Red Sox are at home in Fenway Park (5.5km).The New England Patriots play at Foxborough, approx 30 miles south.

Easygoing & flexible middle-aged couple, with no children, who are interested in travel. Both originally from Ireland, living in Boston for 20 years.
