Our home is a spacious and comfortable newer home in a suburban setting. The home has three large bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. There are two full baths and a half bath. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and very spacious as well. The deck off the kitchen has a gas grill and large table and chairs. This home is great for a family of up to six, but is also great for two. The second floor has its own heating and air conditioning units, so there is no waste if not in use. There is a double driveway and two car garage. The neighbors are wonderful and there are children in our community mostly in their teens. Our home is convenient to many exciting attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We built the home nine years ago. Everything you need including laundry is on the first floor.

We live in a suburban neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, KY. Bus service is available about 1 mile from the home, but a car is really necessary for taking in all the sites. We are close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and interstate highways. Louisville is a great place to visit. It is home to Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby. We are a community of unique neighborhoods and boast some excellent restaurants. In fact we're known for our unique restaurants. We have many attractions including: large collection of Victorian Homes in old Louisville, 1914 paddlewheel steamboat to navigate the Ohio River, great museums, professional baseball, golf, parks, zoo, hiking, walking tours, live music, shopping, and so much more. We are Kevin and Beth, recently retired teachers from the public schools. We are looking to begin our retirement by travelling. We love architecture, art, history, golf, touring, restaurants, walking, gardens, reading, and seeing the world. We have two grown daughters, are 55 years old, lifelong learners, and free!!!!! We have had one successful exchange to the Netherlands and are anxious to schedule more. Our house shows pride in ownership and we'll treat your home with the very same care.
