Very nice one-level home; separate family room lower level, lounge, pub with billiard and darts. Eat-in kitchen, covered porch, separate deck. Three separate bedrooms and two extra beds in family room; three full-bathrooms. Air conditioned. Fenced-in back garden. Doggie door for pets. Willing to include use of car as part of exchange. No smoking inside house. If children traveling, prefer non-toddlers. We love and care for our own home and would treat yours the same way.

Our neighborhood
Quiet suburban neighborhood, 20 minutes from historical Kansas City, its museums and toursist attractions; just over two hours from Lake of the Ozarks for fishing and wildlife, and four hours from Branson, MO for a variety of entertainment. Lots of night life in Kansas City, and much more. Very quiet, rustic setting as a homebase for day trips and excursions. Lake Perry is just minutes away and offers a large variety of fishing opportunities. White crappie, flathead catfish, walleye, white bass, channel catfish and sauger exist in abundant numbers throughout the lake. Something about ourselves
