Ko Olina, meaning place of joy, was once the playground for Hawaiian royalty and is now the premier oceanfront resort on Oahu. Ko Olina is centrally located between Waikiki and the famous North Shore. This townhome is nearly 1200 square feet with no one above or below you. It is professionally decorated in an elegant island theme including artwork, ceiling fans and plantation shutters. The home has all the amenities of a well-equipped vacation villa. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a one-car garage, and an inviting patio that looks on the pool area. The stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances & all the extras. The living room offers a relaxing couch and matching chair, beautiful wood furniture and a 50" Plasma TV with digital cable, DVD and Digital Video Recorder! The master suite offers a king bed with a gorgeous imported bedroom set and high quality linens. The 2nd bedroom has a mahogany day bed with 2 twins and the 3rd bedroom has a very nice queen bedroom set. Beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards are in the garage.
