Our home is an atached Villa. One level no steps.Large fully equiped kitchen with all the appliances. The guest bedroom and adjoining full bath is facing the street. Near the kitchen there is our Den, the location of the TV and Computer, it has a couch with a hide away bed. Large living room connected by sliding glass door to the patio.The wooded area behind the house is full of deer,wild Turkeys and other critters. The master bedroom with its adjoining full bath. The bathrom as extra large tub.

Our neighborhood
Our neighborhood is quiet mostly retired folks live here, hence only a few children There is a gate for security, lots of ponds and a preserve behind our villa, giving it lots of privacy. We also have the community's heated pool across the street from us. Something about ourselves
Carole and and Dieter are retired from the hospitality industry. We have done extensive travelling. Dieter is a down hill skier, we both kayak regularly, exersise regularly at the nearby fitness facilities.We have a dog named Charley. He is a four year old sheltie.
