I have a beautiful house with comfortable contemporary furniture. Florida room, Gazebo and deck and have seating and barbacue area. It is overlooking a tributary of the intercoastal.It is approx. 5 minutes drive to both beach and city center, and 30 minutes from fabulous Miami! Florida weather is great for most of the year.

The area is eclectic. It is close to all amenities and friendly to all. It is in an older part of Ft. Lauderdale, and has beautiful renovated stylish old homes. It is very close to both 1.95 and Florida Turnpike. Something about ourselves

I am a single woman who loves travel! I have friends all over the world who would visit me wherever I swap.
