My home is located in one of the most desirable areas in Florida. It is very large (1800 sq ft) and has complete amenities. The garage has easy access and is located directly under the apartment, along with a storage area containing all the paraphenalia for the beach, including beach umbrella and chairs, boogie boards and beach bicycles. Although air conditioned, I (and others) prefer opening the sliding doors and enjoying the fresh air. The apartment is clean and well kept and maid service can be arranged. The pool and spa are heated year around.

The apartment is located in the narrowest part of Cocoa Beach and the beach itself is wide and inviting. People fish from beachside as well as from a pier on the river side which is available to occupiers of the condo. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the main food market is about a 10 minute drive (a car will be available). Something about ourselves
