We have a peaceful beachtype home on canal. Quiet retreat to swim, fish, beachwalk, nice restaurants walking distance away. Just relax with a book and enjoy the warm weather. Bicycles, motorcycles, can be rented within walking distance. Charter fishing nearby. It is a 10 minute drive to a Casino(gambling) boat which leaves twice daily. Wave runners and boats can be rented out for hours at a time. 20 minute drive to famous Sanibel Island, 4 hours drive to Disneyworld, 30 minute ride from our new airport.

Our home is on a quiet street off our main road in and out of Ft. Myers Beach. The main road can be busy during our "season" from January thru April. It is almost like a quiet village during the other months of the year. On one side is an empty lot and on the other side is a home with three weekly rentals. My home has not been rented or had a trade such as this before. I'm hoping to take my granddaughters 19 and 21 years to Paris for their graduation gift. I would like to make this affordable by doing an exchange of equal lodging although I know an apartment in Paris would not be as large. I would be open to other locations of interest if you have an interest in my home for exchange. Something about ourselves

I am a very honest reliable person. I am 68 years of age and would like to travel some with my granddaughters ages 22 & 20. I am somewhat fussy and very clean. I would treat your home as my own and everything would be as you left it. I would like to trade with someone who feels as I do about other people's property. I do not smoke or drink outside of an occasional glass of wine with dinner. I love to travel and have done quite a bit of it in the past. This could be a really fun experience if I find the right "fit". Please let me know your desires and we'll see if we can make a plan for a great future vacation.
