Our Condo is on the first floor (Ground level) looking out on Spyglass Harbor in the Moorings on Orchid Island.
The complex has only three buildings with a total of 47 unit, a private heated pool and a canopy to park under.
We prefer non-coincident swaps as we have a home only 1/3 mile away and we will greet you on your arrival and respond quickly should you have any needs.
The ideal situation for us would be to swap a October - December period in Florida for a June - October period at your location.
The Condo was 100% renovated in 2011 and has granite countertops, all ceramic flooring, new appliances and is in perfect condition.
The Master Suite is spacious with in-suite walk-in closet, dual vanities, tub and shower. The guest room has twin beds and a bathroom a few steps away.
There is a screened patio facing west with sunsets views.

Vero Beach is a small town with a lot to offer. Unlike much of Florida, Vero is not full of college students or packed with a large number of tourists.
"The Island" where we are located is between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway and is a very refined place to stay. There are two magazines published weekly just to list all the cultural events going on.
The population is affluent (85% of home sales are cash) well educated, very polite and crime is rare.
There are several State Parks nearby, multitudes of fine restaurants, several playhouses a fine Art Museum, Charter fishing, golf, bridge and educational events.
Our section of AIA has new bicycle lanes on both sides if you enjoy riding and we have two bicycles. Vero Beach is a small town with a lot to offer. Unlike much of Florida, Vero is not full of college students or packed with a large number of tourists.

Katie and I were both born and raised in Indiana and always considered Florida as a "one week" tourist destination. But we had only been to the Gulf Coast and Orlando.
But after staying here one year we liked Vero enough to purchase a condo. And then three years later we purchased a home just down the street from our condo.
Katie is an RN and worked in the ER and Quality departments of our local hospital while I managed projects in twenty states for European clients involved in automating processing plants. We are now both retired and do some consulting work in Energy & Medical QA.
Our favorite places to holiday are many - we love Ireland; London: Paris; Belgium and alway enjoyed business trips to Germany. Italy and Switzerland were favorites also!
