A lovely clean and spacious Florida home on a quiet street. It has a wonderful screened in pool and patio with a gas grill and 3 ceiling fans. The pool overlooks a pretty garden with a large deck and even a grapefruit tree. The home has 3 bedrooms. The master has a King size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a a full size walk in shower. The bedroom has a walk in closet, a large ceiling fan and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom is also an office with wireless Internet and a Murphy Bed! A Murphy Bed looks like a large closet, just open the doors and a queen size bed drops down easily. The guest bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is a laundry area in the garage with a washer and dryer. The house has full air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. Just bring your bathing suits and shorts!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. It is in the Mandarin suburb of Jacksonville and about 20/30 minutes from many beaches. St. Augustine, the Nation's oldest city is about 30 minutes away as are the Outlet Malls! Disney World is a little over 2 hours south with many inexpensive hotels close by for an overnight stay. Daytona Beach famous for the Daytona International Speedway and NASCAR is also south of us. Our closet Airport is JAX, Jacksonville International Airport. You can also get direct flights from the UK that fly into Orlando International Airport as well as Orlando Sanford Airport (Airlines into Sanford are covered by Thomas Cook, Monarch and Thomson Airlines are are often cheaper)We have a great zoo, Jacksonville Zoo, Mickler's Landing Beach, Hanna State Park, Atlantic Beach, The Jacksonville Landing, all within easy driving distances. These can all be found on the Internet. For golfers, we have numerous public golf courses including the famous TPC at Sawgrass home of The Players Championship. See Something about ourselves
