Dear Readers,
This will be our 2nd exchange, the first one went very well and therefore we have decided to experience an other exchange.
The house is very clear and have been renovated when we moved in. It is ideal for a couple with 2/3 children, or just a couple who want to spend time visiting Florida and its very nice beaches.
If you know how to ride a bike we have a very nice one to exchange as well. Photo attached.
We have 2 little Maltese very well behaved,but we can place them with friends if you prefer. (2 additional people can eventually sleep in the living room, providing the necessity).
There are a lot of things to do in south Florida, beside nice beaches, you can visit the everglades, go to Orlando, Key west, or visit the Space Kennedy Center etc. We are conveniently near Ft Lauderdale airport, and 30 mn away from Miami airport. There is a gazebo and barbecue outside, a tandem for two for your long promenades by the ocean. A playground for small children.
We would like to find a place for the summer of 2013 on the south of France or near a nice mountain place.

Our house is very near from Hollywood beach, 3 mn ride. It is sunny all year round. It does feel like we are
on vacation all the time. The neighbors are very friendly and every body are very respectful of one an other.
Supermarkets, parks, are closed by.
South Florida is a very eclectic place where you can find people from all walks of life, it is the beauty of Miami, find it all down-here.
For naturalists lovers we have Haulover beach in Surfside, a 15 mn car ride, the ocean there is particularly blue emerald water. During the summer the water is very nice and warm, it is a true pleasure to swim in Miami during the summer.
All is done mostly by cars in the US, as you might expect it is big. But in South Beach, you can park your car and enjoy a nice stroll peruse the night life in South Beach, you can find lots of nice restaurants, nice hang out places, shops, people and entertainments. We are a very friendly family of 4, we have 2 years and 9 month old twin boys (by aug 13). We live in a quiet and nice neighborhood by the seaside in Hollywood, Florida. My husband Scott 45 is an insurance adjuster, and myself 48, practice Alternative medicine, Chinese and oriental Medicine.
We are honest and neat people, easy going and very respectful of others and also of their belongings.
