Approximately 2400 square feet of a beautifully decorated condo right on the beach. 3 BR,(6 Beds)All w/ TV & DVD), 3 BATH,(master with jacuzzi) Large kitchen with all you need to entertain, Dining area that seats 10. Kitchen Bar seats 5. Master has 2 kings. Two other bedrooms w/ 2 Queens each, w/ sleeper sofa in living room, and another sofa, chaise lounge, and other seating! This building is incredibly well kept, with security around the clock. This is not your typical condo on the beach! Fantastic 44 foot wrap around balcony with 270 degree view...can see for miles! This is a spacious second home with fantastic views of the water, on the sixteenth floor with everything you need! We do not have to exchange at the same time. Not available in June or July.

Ideal location near all the local Seafood Restaurants, Marinas, several Golf Courses, and the State Park. The new Pier Park Shopping Center only 5 minutes away with wonderful Shopping, Dining and Entertainment in an Island Ambience. Jimmy Buffet's Margarittaville is one of several restraunts there. Go to the Dog Races in 30 minutes. Several Mini Golf Courses, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley's Believe IT or Not, and Gulf World Marine Park. The Beach is right in front of you with Pool, Baby Pool and Gazebo. There are boats that go to Shell Island, Fishing boats, Pontoon Rentals, Speed boats, Jet skis, Banana Boats, and Parasailing! We are Mike and Katherine, and have owned and operated our small business in Peachtree City, Georgia for over 30 years. We now have two grown sons that work in the business, therefore giving us some time to travel. We have enjoyed our condo with family and friends, and would love to exchage with others so we may visit other places. We have owned and rented several condos over the years, so we know how and will be sure to take care of our exchange places with respect. We look forward and are in the process of four exchanges this year.
