Our vacation home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo (2,000 square feet) on Hutchinson Island, Florida (5 years old). Children okay, NO SMOKING, NO PETS. One bedroom has a king size bed with attached bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds. Office room has a loft sleeper for child. There is a Florida room with water view, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. A large community swimming pool, gym, 2 tennis courts, bocci court, and grill are located a few steps from the apartment.

I am a teacher, and my handsome and brillant husband is a land developer. Our apartment is a weekend getaway for us, so we can be flexible with the dates you want to visit. Other than having coffee or tea,and toasting muffins, we expect to be eating most of our meals out. We enjoy sampling local food and beverages. My husband's sister and husband may be travelling with us.
