Modern spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and spectacular lake views from several rooms including the master bedroom, living rooms and kitchen. Open floor plan and high ceilings. The property has over 6 different types of mature citrus trees including grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime. Short walk to wide white sand beach on the Atlantic Ocean with private community access. In addition to the two-level pool at the house (and outdoor dining and barbecue), there is also a large community pool near the beach access. We have all the toys for enjoying the beach including beach cruisers for bicycling on the beach, surf boards, ocean kayak, boogie boards, shovels and buckets. We have lots of indoors toys and games for kids and adults. Last, but not least, we can also offer up to a week in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.

Our house is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood on a barrier island in North East Florida near Jacksonville, Florida. We are just a short walk to the beach and a state park with some of the best hiking and mountain bike trails in Florida as well as other activities such as canoe and paddle boat rentals. We are 2.5 miles from restaurants, night life and grocery stores. Lots of public tennis courts and playgrounds within 2 miles. We are very close to many golf courses including TPC Sawgrass and the World Golf Hall of Fame. Something about ourselves

Professional couple (just turned 40) with 2 children (ages 4 and 9). Non-smokers. We have never done a home exchange but would enjoy spending some time exploring a different country(ies) while the kids are out of school.
