Located in Palm Beach County with wonderful and convenient amenities nearby: parks, lovely beaches, golf courses, boating, water sports, fishing, gardens, theme parks, seasonal polo, classic superb upscale shopping, excellent area cuisine, and fun-filled night life entertainment. Commuter trains/buses are nearby making public transport convenient for sightseeing with easy access.

The condo offers a pleasant relaxing environment, spacious yet cozy with only 80 units on six acres of palm tree laden, tropical flowering grounds to meander about and enjoy a pleasant stroll to either an ocean access waterway, dedicated parking and private entrance. On-site amenities include a year round heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts and boat dock that provides direct access to the Intra coastal Waterway a watercraft and fisherman's dream. The condo is located in a safe, well lighted area with very friendly neighbors. As our primary residence is in the northeast of the USA, trips to Boca Raton provide enjoyment year round; spring, summer and autumn are lovely with continuous sunshine, blue skies, warm tropical breezes and delightfully warm beach water. Frankly, there is four season enjoyment in Palm Beach County for all age groups. Hello, we are Janet and Stephen, a married couple, with grown daughters, who both are professionals (physician/professor and healthcare administrator) who have recently retired and are ready to enjoy travelling much more with our new found flexibility. We are first time participants in a home exchange program with an excitement to try what sounds to be a great way to explore other countries and cultures while introducing someone, possibly not from the USA, to see some of the wonderful sights in this beautiful resort coastline of South Florida. We would like to arrange an exchange with property that is our second home, winter residence, in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida. There is much to see and do in this area and we truly love the Gold Coast of Florida and all if offers. We have a wide range of interests enjoying theater/museums, outdoor recreation (fishing/sailing/beaches), and experiencing new cultures, languages and the delightful dining experiences that new, local cuisines can provide. We would be a travel party of 2-4 adults and would like our first exchange to occur between June-September 2012 to coordinate with other European travel plans scheduled.
