Bellerive is located within the award winning gated community of The Vineyards. It offers a magnificent view overlooking the lake and golf course. The lush landscaping of year round flowering plants, shrubs and trees is professionally maintained. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet.
The large kitchen has exotic granite counter tops with cherry wood cabinets. All of the appliances have just been replaced. The eat in kitchen can accommodate four to eight people. All these areas are tiled. The master bathroom has a double his and her sink with a separate tub and shower. All of the mattresses are new within the last few years. They are all double tops and very very comfortable. The master and one guest room offer queen sizes. The second guest room has two twins which also serve as one king. Everything has been freshly painted using non toxics and all new carpets are in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen, hallway and bathrooms are all tiled. I have just replaced the air conditioner, water heater, washer and dryer. Decorating friends homes is one of my hobbies so I have
enjoyed creating a fun and comfortable home for myself, family and friends. I enjoy cooking and entertaining.
Two bikes and beach chairs and towels are for your use. Walk or ride Walk or ride your bike to the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants,or Physicians Regional Hospital. The Vineyards itself is
a perfect enclosed and gated community to walk or ride bikes.
The Vineyards Community Center,a five minute bike ride, offers free tennis, fitness classes and free concerts and events in the park..
I forgot to mention that we have our own community heated swimming pool, hot tub and club house. All free for your use.
My lanai is a beautiful spot to meditate and greet the rising sun.
Wonderful feng shui..I feel you would be very comfortable in my home.

I have made Naples, Florida my permanent residence but still own a second home in Medford, NJ. My son was recently married in Chicago so I now have a beautiful new daughter in law whom I love. My daughter will be getting married this April of 2012 in Jamaica and I adore her future husband. I am quite lucky and very grateful.
I was the owner of a gift basket business for fifteen years called "Creations by Maggie". I retired in 2001 due to personal responsibilities.
Since then I have become certified and taught ballroom dancing, Zumba, water and land aerobics. In July I finished my 200hr RYT Yoga teaching training which I hope to begin teaching soon.
My hobbies include tennis, golf, skiing, biking, Mah-Jong and struggling now with learning duplicate bridge.
My REAL PASSION is and always has been TRAVELING. I am a retired Pan Am stewardess and have never stopped traveling, having also instilled this same love of travel in both my children. I have backpacked around the world and would like to continue new adventures.
