Our condo is like a resort. It is located in a golf course community with 2 pools, tennis courts, 3 shuffleboard courts, and bocce. It is less than 10 minutes drive to the beach. Since this is our second home, asynchronous exchanges are fine. Our first home is 40 miles from Manhattan, and also available for summer vacations to NYC.

We are a family of three. My wife and I are both teachers, so we love to vacation in the summer. My daughter is 12 years old and loves to spend time at the pools and the many beaches nearby.
