My home is in a gated community, very clean and quiet area. A nice place for the adults to relax in the pool/play tennis, volleyball/basketball or go to the gym, maybe just sit on the balcony for a BBQ and a few drinks. We have a TV in every room/pc-dvd-wii-. The unit is by the tennis court - near the pool and gym. No neighbor beside me or above. Again very peaceful. Nice after a crazy day at Disney-Universal-Wet and Wild- many other theme parks.NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE - HAVE A OUTSIDE COVERED BALCONY NO PETS.

Gated community- clean and very peaceful. Located off the main hwy no traffic noise. Neighbours keep to them self and are quiet. I have one neighbour below our condo. Within two minutes we have a mall/bank/liquor store/grocery store- etc..We are 7 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal Studios/Wet and Wild and other theme parks.Hard Rock Casino is 40 minutes away and there's a doven beaches within 35 to 55 minutes- Clearwater/Daytona/New Snmyrna/Melbourn, just to name a few.Many dinner-theather, all within 30 minutes and bars and nightclubs.You can go all days and all night or just sit at the beach/pool and relax. I am a retired correctional officer, my wife is retired as well. We love to travel and are willing to go just about anywhere. We've done some travelling with the kids (4 adults) and grandkids (6 adults) as well. The condo is my SECOND HOME and can be available almost anytime. (vacant 7 to 8 months. a year).We are very clean people and we would keep yours like ours.My wife likes her hot tub and I like swimming - pool/lake/ocean/sea whatever gets me wet.lol But this is NOT a requirement.
